About the Author: Roe De Pinto studied 3 years with the Institute of Children’s Literature and developed the characters of Zealy and Whubba during her courses. She was inspired by her countless hours of spending time with her children and more recently her grandchildren. After shelving her project so many years ago, she decided for her retirement years and as a legacy to her children to finally complete the series of Zealy and Whubba. She would like to restore the sense of family values all around the world through her characters, that was the essence of her very being growing up, many years ago and she feels it is diminishing slowly in importance in today’s world.
