By Sarah

Ottawa, Canada – Samantha Robson.
Prime Minister Justin Trudeau, while speaking at the Vaisakhi event on Capitol Hill, offered a Full Apology on the 1914 Koma Gata Maru Tragedy, in Vancouver, where the ship was barred from entering Canada.
In Washington DC Prime Minister Justin Trudeau had mentioned the importance of his Cabinet Ministers, who belong to Sikh Faith and pointed to President Obama, “there are more Sikh Ministers in my Cabinet then Prime Minister Modi’s Cabinet”, which has become an important statement at all his events, particularly Sikh Heritage celebrations.

Chief Minister of Punjab India had words of praise for both Prime Minister Justin Trudeau and President Obama of celebrating Vaisakhi. Deputy CHief Minister Sukhbir Badal has instructed his Administration to follow suit and is holding a massive Vaisakhi  celebration in Punjab India.

British Columbia Peoples Party president Vikram Bajwa thanked Justin Trudeau for agreeing to offer apology for KomaGata Maru 1914, incident in Vancouver B.C. ” Former Prime Minister Stephen Harper, played politics with Koma Gata Maru, but Justin is sincere to respect the Multiculture of Canada”, said Bajwa. He has also written a letter to Prime Minister of India, Narendra Modi, to publish the Sikh “Black List”, on the Ministry of External Affairs and Ministry of Home Affairs of India’s website, so it allays any misunderstanding and fears, which is spread to bar Sikhs from Flying into India, from Canada and United States.

” There have been media reports that Staff and their associates, of Consul General of India’s Offices in Vancouver, threaten Sikhs to enlist them in Black List, if they contradict any Government policy of India, in Canada”. They want to curb our freedom of speech, says Sukhmani Srai, which is not accepatable in Canada or India. ” India’s Congress Party and UPA Partners, condemned Modi on JNU Kanahiya Kumar’s arrest, these Foreign officers, think themselves above the Canadian Laws”, claimed Srai.
