British Columbia Peoples Party has urged Prime Minister Justin Trudeau of Canada to speak to India’s Prime Minister Narendra Modi, in the wake of oppression on Jats of Haryana, where hundreds have been injured and killed. In a condolence meeting held in Vancouver, by Jats of Canada and Jats of United States, where a resolution was passed by 150 Representatives, calling on India’s Prime Minister to intervene and save human Lives in Haryana. There are 12,000 NRI Jats of Haryana, who reside in British Columbia and Ontario.
British Columbia Peoples Party President Vikram Bajwa and Chief Coordinator Hardeep Majithia, have been entrusted to go to Haryana, to support the issues of OBC and seek $ 1 Million dollar compensation, in which NRI Jats of Canada and US, have been injured in Rohtak.
NRI Students in JNU New Delhi, have also written to BCPP, to take the matter of their safety with Home Minister Rajnath Singh, which has been forwarded to PM Office in Ottawa.
We’re alos in touch with Mahajat Sabha of India, to invite them for a International Conference of Jats, scheduled in Vancouver BC, on April 15th 2016. Capt. Amarinder Singh, who heads the Jats of India has been invited, among other leaders from USA, Australia, England, Singapore, Germany.
