New York. USA. Shruti Gupta. All Party delegation led by India’s Home Minister Rajnath Singh is trying hard to settle the Kashmir Struggle for Plebiscite and Violence. Pakistan’s Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif is preparing to launch an aggressive “Independent Kashmir”, speech , during his visit to UN General Assembly, in New York on September 26th.
Jammu and Kashmir is an integral part of India but Pakistan, after having illegally occupied parts of the state, Pakistan Occupied Kashmir,considers it to be a disputed territory purely because it’s a Muslim majority state. So far, India and Pakistan have fought three wars over Kashmir, including the Indo-Pakistan Wars of 1947, 1965, 1971 and 1999, incursions in Kargil and repeated violations of India Pakistan Borders.
Both Former Chief Minister Omar Abdullah and Present Chief Minister Mehbooba Mufti, have failed the people of the State, since the India’s Panchyati Raj, is not regulated in the State. They both have governed the State since Independence, giving rise to Separatist Constitution and Hurriyat Conference ,in Kashmir, led by Syed Ali Shah Geelani, Masrat Alam, Asiya Andrabi, Mirwaiz Umar Farooq, Yasin Malik, Shabir Ahmad Shah, Sheikh Yakoob, Mohamad Abbas Ansari and Abdul Ghani Bhat, among Burhan who has become the icon of Freedom in Kashmir.
Over 51 Non Resident Indian organisations have come together, to propose a solution to the “All Party Conference”, which was boycotted by the Hurriyat Leaders. India-America Endowment Foundation, Sunil Thapar, and Vikram Bajwa, President of BC Peoples Party ,have extended an Open Invitation to all Hurriyat Leaders, to come to New York and Meet India’s Prime Minister Narendra Modi , UN Secretary General and present their demands to be discussed in India’s Parliament, including at the UN Session in New York.
