Dallas, Tx.– February 4, 2016, OCP Equity Partners, LLC has aligned with Inimeg Acquisitions Group, LLC to acquire 100% ownership of Champion Life Safety Solutions, LLC/ Champion Fire & Security (“CLSS”)(www.championfiresecurity.com). Debt financing was provided by Independent Bankers Capital Fund of Dallas, Tx. (www.ibcfund.com) and Legacy Texas Bank of Plano, Tx. (www.legacytexas.com). Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Established in Dallas, Tx. in 2001, CLSS is a full-service life safety systems solutions provider. It designs, installs, maintains, manages, inspects, and monitors fire sprinkler, fire alarm, and security systems in the commercial and multi-family residential marketplaces in Texas and Oklahoma, New Mexico, and most recently Louisiana. As the global fire and life safety market accelerates towards a projected volume of $10.19 billion in 2017, the new owners of CLSS are very excited about the prospects of the company.
Inimeg Acquisitions Group, LLC (“IAG”) is a holding company headquartered in Dallas, Texas and founded by Charles “Chuck” Henderson. The company was established to offer the market a fully integrated solution by consolidating companies operating within the fire and sprinkler, security systems, facilities control, and building technology industries. Charles “Chuck” Henderson will become the President & CEO of CLSS and will seek to guide the company through its growth strategy by leveraging his 20+ years of successful experience in management, sales and marketing, and technology. Chuck is a graduate of Texas A&M University where he was a very successful basketball scholar athlete. His hobbies include, spending time with family, playing golf, and participating in activities at St Luke “Community” United Methodist Church.
