Greenwich CT, January 4, 2016 – MC Square Intermediate Holdings LLC, a wholly-owned subsidiary of MC Square Holdings LLC (“MCS” or the “Company”), announced today that it had acquired Exit 3 Capital Markets LLC (“Exit 3”) a broker dealer and investment banking firm, which had been based in Greenwich, CT. The transaction closed on December 31, 2015, financial terms were not disclosed. The firm anticipates operating under the name of MC Square Capital.
