Stephen Shaya, M.D. Wins 2015 Global Distinguished Health Care Leadership Award and gets United States Congressional Commendation
Dubai, UAE: The Center for Economic and Leadership Development and the National Organization for Black Elected Legislative Women (“NOBEL”) are presenting Stephen Shaya, M.D. the 2015 Global Distinguished Health Care Leadership Award and United States Congressional Commendation. These double honors will be bestowed during the South America-Africa-Middle East –Asia Amazons gala event held at the Shangri-La Hotel Dubai. In addition, Dr. Shaya will provide the key note address discussing the following; “Exploring a New Health Care Paradigm for Women in Developing Nations”
