REDGRAVE LLP ADDS ATTORNEY TO ITS INFORMATION LAW PRACTICE
Washington, DC (May 3, 2016) — Redgrave LLP, the premiere law firm specializing in Information Law, covering Information Governance and eDiscovery law, today announced that it added another talented attorney to the ranks of the strong bench of legal and technology professionals that serve its clients diverse needs.
Nicole A. Poltash joins the firm as an associate based in Redgrave’s Northern Virginia office where she will leverage her litigation experience and eDiscovery knowledge on behalf of Redgrave clients. Nicole distinguished herself in her prior position as a Gentry Locke associate by serving as first chair in a trial with a successful outcome and by assuming responsibility for organizing and managing high volume, time sensitive document reviews in connection with criminal and government investigations.
Nicole holds a J. D. (magna cum laude) from the University of Richmond. While a law student, she was published in the highly regarded Richmond Journal of Law and Technology (Snapchat and Sexting: A Snapshot of Baring Your Bare Essentials, 19 RICH. J.L. & TECH 14 (2013)). Among her many notable law school accomplishments are: serving as a judicial intern to the Honorable W. Allan Sharrett, Chief Judge, Virginia Circuit Court, Sixth Judicial Circuit; being a John Marshall scholar; receiving multiple awards in the Judge John R. Brown Admiralty Moot Court Competitions in 2013 and 2014; and memberships in The Order of the Barristers and the Asian Pacific American Law Student Association.
Nicole also holds a B. S. in Commerce and a B. A. in German from the University of Virginia where she was a Lawn Resident, Echols Scholar. Nicole is fluent in German. She is admitted to practice in Virginia.
